Review Cadence¶
To jest krótka instrukcja, kiedy wracamy do tracked stron. Jeśli tracked page nie ma ownera i next review, jest stale by default.
To dotyczy stron z page_type typu daily, event, dossier, report i operating-note.
Nie dotyczy powierzchni operacyjnych bez tracked metadata, takich jak Dzisiaj, Do sprawdzenia czy Pulpit rynkowy.
Page types¶
| Page type | Default status | Review rule | Next action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Event | signal / monitor |
review same day and again if the catalyst keeps moving | link to Daily, then to Dossier if the topic grows |
| Daily | active |
review next morning and after major tape changes | capture the first readthrough and push durable items upward |
| Dossier | monitor / active |
review weekly while live, sooner on new facts | add evidence, trim noise, refresh invalidation |
| Report | active while drafting, then archived |
review only when new durable evidence appears or the synthesis breaks | publish, revise, or archive |
| Operating note | active |
review when the workflow changes | keep the rules small and current |
Review outcomes¶
Every review should end with a real lifecycle state from the operating model.
signal- the page is still raw and not yet attached to a live desk loop.monitor- the page is worth watching, but not yet active.active- the page is live, owned, and has a next review.stale- the page still matters, but it needs cleanup or a fresh look.invalidated- the thesis or readthrough broke.archived- the page is closed and kept for history.
Common transitions:
signal -> monitormonitor -> activeactive -> stalestale -> activeactive -> invalidatedinvalidated -> archived
Review triggers¶
- new catalyst
- fresh source or filing
- change in price, policy, or guidance
- thesis drift
- invalidation
- a page missing owner, next review, or next action
Minimum standard¶
Every review should leave the page in one of the lifecycle states above, with trigger, invalidation, and a next review for tracked pages that stay live.
